M Waterfront Grille to open October 14

M Waterfront Grille

4300 Gulf Shore Boulevard North, Naples, Fl

— The former Maxwells on the Bay completes its transformation October 14 as a menu of tapas, organic meats and produce and chef Brian Roland's cutting-edge Continental cuisine debuts at the new M Waterfront Grille in the Village on Venetian Bay location.

Chris and Peter Seneno, brothers and partners have completely remodeled the 5,000 square foot restaurant and will showcase their talents with a contemporary yet refined atmosphere that includes warm earth tones in both fabrics and wood accents throughout the waterfront dining rooms.

The new M Lounge features a full-service bar that seats 42 and leaves room for live music. The indoor dining room features both comfortable booths and tables and seats 150. The Terrace dining room can be reserved for private events and seats 50.

Executive Chef Brian Roland is the creative force in developing the innovative menu. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience, Brian comes to M from Cru, Lush Wines and Pure Food in Ft Myers. Trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, as well as working for world renowned Chef Daniel Boulud, Brian brands his style as “Cutting Edge Continental Cuisine” which he goes on to explain as “getting back to the basics” of his classical training, while keeping the foundation of his cuisine firmly planted in the new and exciting styles of preparation and presentation of today’s market.

“Our chef-driven restaurant sets a new standard in Continental cuisine dining,” said owners Peter and Chris Sereno. “We believe our imaginative dishes, combined with our contemporary bay view dining rooms will offer our guests a unique culinary experience unlike any other in Naples. We are really looking forward to opening our doors on October 14.”

Under an agreement with the Park Shore Property Association many years ago, live entertainment was not allowed in the commercial areas east of Gulf Shore Blvd.

This agreement was made to get the Associations agreement to the Park Shore PUD for 25 units per acre.

ljdnaples couldn't wait to post the lack of fun and the reasoning behind it. Still would like to know when that PUD was approved.

This sounds like an ad instead of an article to me...

Its the new touch at the NDN - daily "articles" pushing the opening of new advertisers and the death of others.

Good luck Pete and Chris, we need more pros like you running restaurants around here. Always a class act putting out a quality product. I think y'all will put these corporate factory chains to shame

Continental cuisine...combo of French and Italian.
I wish them luck, but why can't we have a good AMERICAN food restaurant? Like Andres.

I hate how these restaurant try to make themself look better then everybody else, they will be just like all 1000 restaurants in naples. I know what organic meats and produce cost, I dont see those meats under 30 dollars, unless they will give you a very small portion or everything is ala cart and good luck with getting organic produce all year long

The PUD was passed in about 1975.
